Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All Loverboy Skin Care orders ship from our New York fulfillment partner (Manhattan / NY, NY). Orders are packed in discreet, branded outer packaging.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic delivery (United States)

• Standard — 3–7 business days · $8, free on orders $75+
• Expedited — 2–3 business days · calculated at checkout
• Overnight — 1 business day · calculated at checkout

International delivery

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Order tracking

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, contact support@loverboyskincare.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Once a parcel is in the carrier's possession, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
