Our promise

If a Loverboy product is not right for you, we will help make it right. Because these are cosmetic products applied to the skin, our return policy balances your comfort with hygienic handling.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Eligibility

• Unopened, unused product in original packaging is eligible for a full refund.
• Gently used product (less than 20% used) may be eligible for store credit.
• Rituals / sets are returnable only as a complete, unopened set.
• Final-sale, promotional, and gift-with-purchase items are non-returnable.

How to request a return

Email support@loverboyskincare.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and, when appropriate, a prepaid return label.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
