How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days from our New York fulfillment partner. Standard US delivery is 3–7 business days after processing; expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — unopened product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Gently used product may be eligible for store credit. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Are Loverboy products for men only?
The line is designed with a men's skincare routine in mind — hydration, barrier support, and a polished appearance — but the formulas are suitable for all adult skin.
Are your products cosmetic?
Yes. All Loverboy Skin Care products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not medical or drug products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. International rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout; customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
How do I contact support?

What will appear on my statement?
Card statements will show a Loverboy Skin Care descriptor. Payment and order fulfillment are securely processed by Loverboy Skin Care or its affiliated commerce partners.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Loverboy Skin Care products are not tested on animals.
Do you offer samples or gift cards?
Sample sets are periodically offered to newsletter subscribers. Digital gift cards are on the roadmap — subscribe to the private list for early access.
